Book Review – Stuck with You

This small story is about Hannah figuring out how she feels about her recent fling Erik. It’s told with mostly flashback scenes, which usually doesn’t bother me, but this book felt like it was 80% flashback. At that point, I think it’s just easier on the reader to tell the story from the start. I liked the relationship between Hannah and Erik, except for Hannah’s odd insecurities.

I thought this was supposed to be more of a STEM themed book, but aside from her job, there wasn’t a whole lot of ties to it. It was more of a soccer fan themed book for how many times it came up. I’m also a little bit bored of the wealthy, good looking, alpha, successful businessman trope, although the miscommunication trope didn’t bother me too much.

I gave this book 3 out of 5. It was alright, but not a favorite.
