This week’s Book Blogger Hop prompt for Jan 20th – 26th is:

“Do you use social media to keep up with your favorite authors?”

Answer:

I want to say nope but I’ll go with sort of.

I don’t really use social media. I have an Instagram account, but I’m never on there. On it, I did follow a few authors it suggested to me when I signed up, but I find that I don’t really care about their posts.
I like their books, but I’m not interested in their personal life or any opinions they have on politics, social topics, or other books & authors.

I’m just interested in book news so when I’m curious, I’ll check out their site for any release updates, or their publisher site for the same.
