This day in 2022, I was reading:

Audiobook: Dead Reckoning– By Charlaine Harris

Book #11 in the Sookie Stackhouse series. I will admit that the deeper into the series you go, the weirder and more annoying Sookie gets. But I still love each book anyways!
I rated it 5 out of 5 stars on Goodreads.

Physical: Grave Surprise – by Charlaine Harris

Book #2 in the Harper Connelly series. I found the series to be interesting, if not unusual, and I enjoyed the risks Harris took when writing this tale. Harper is no Sookie, but she was a determined young woman that I found to be likable.
I rated it 4 out of 5 stars on Goodreads.

Fast Forward To Today: A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas came available last night at the library (it was an 8 week hold!). I’m going to give that a try on audiobook this week and see how it goes. Tonight, I’ll also be headed to the book store to look at January releases and pick one out for my physical reading through the end of the month. I hope there’s a good one waiting for me 🙂
