What are you currently reading?

Audiobook:
I just started Frost Burned by Patricia Briggs. We’re back to the urban part of this urban fantasy series and so far it’s been a great mystery with loads of action. RIP to the rabbit though 😦 (not that kind of rabbit).

Physical:
I picked up The Twisted Ones by T. Kingfisher. I knew going into it that it wasn’t really written like her other works and I thought I was prepared but I’m having a difficult time getting into it. It just doesn’t feel like she wrote this at all.

What did you recently finish reading?

This week, I finished four books:

Peace Talks by Jim Butcher – great addition to the story!
The Road to Neverwinter by Jaleigh Johnson – Quite possibly my new favorite book of 2023.
A Dowry of Blood by ST Gibson – Excellent vampire tale.
River Marked by Patricia Briggs – Loved all the native vibes in this one.

My TBR for March:

The end of the month is a few days away and I’m just poking around at books right now. I’ll go book shopping after the new term begins at school so I don’t get too distracted.
