Welcome to WWW Wednesday! It was originally hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm but is now run by Taking On A World Of Words.
WWW Wednesday is simple, just answer 3 questions about reading:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
You can post a link to your blog on Taking On A World of Word’s blog post for the week so other readers can see what you’re working on, and check out your blog!
What are you currently reading?
Audiobook:
For You and Only You by Caroline Kepnes. I’m 30% in and it’s been entertaining, if not the usual frustrating (which I seem to enjoy…). The most insufferable character in this story is not even Joe – it’s this huffy, self-important, dream-destroyer named Glenn. He’s the worst! The story is interesting and focused on Joe being surrounded by writers at Harvard, of all places. I do feel as though every woman in these books are written to either dislike men, have been traumatized by men, or are portrayed as women stereotypes. Let’s see some chicks that are just people. Ones that are strong, confident, self-assured, smart, and not dripping with either daddy issues, past men-related trauma, or both. I get that Joe probably prefers a certain level of trauma & damage in his love interest, but even well-adjusted, undamaged women fall for the wrong men sometimes too. Let’s switch it up a little bit?
Physical:
I’M FINALLY READING HELL BENT by Leigh Bardugo. I know, it’s been months since I picked it up. I am barely started, just a few chapters in, and oh my god I cannot wait for this story to take off. Darlington forever <3.
What did you recently finish reading?
I finished 3 last week:
From the Grave by Kresley Cole – The last in one of my favorite series. I know it’s a YA series, but to be fair, I started it 10 years ago and could not not finish it! And boy did it finish… dang.
The Way of the Bear by Anne Hillerman – Excellent story that takes place in Bears Ears & Blanding UT. It touches on a lot of interesting topics and traumas. Great read!
One Punch Man 25 – The newest installment (print version anyways) of the best Manga of all time!
What do you think you’ll read next?
My TBR for the next month:
is a little ambitious…
Malorie by Josh Malerman
The Coven by Harper L Woods
The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley
The Sun Down Motel by Simone St. James
Battle Ground by Jim Butcher
Forever by JR Ward
The Ferryman by Justin Cronin
The Witch King by Martha Wells
That’s all I’ve got for WWW Wednesday. Thanks for stopping by!

Great post! I haven’t read any of your picks but I like the sound of Hell Bent – I love the Grishaverse! I’ll add it to my WTR pile thanks for the recommendation 😍 Here’s my https://hundredsandthousandsofbooks.blog/2023/05/03/www-wednesday-what-am-i-reading-2/
